RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@yukiliving.com. After receiving a confirmation email from Yuki Living, place the item securely in its original packaging and the confirmation email from Yuki Living that the return was approved.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  
The following items cannot be returned:     

●     Items that have been opened or unsealed        

●     Items that are after 14 days of the received date    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.  

Please Note     

●     You acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any opened Product(s)     

●     Customer MUST wait for confirmation from Yuki Living before returning any item(s)        

●     Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to contact@yukiliving.com  

 ●     It is the customer’s responsibility to check this “Refund & Return Policy” page each time you order our products to ensure you are up to date with any changes or amendments      

 ●     The customer will need to provide detailed information for any product damage and photo proof during shipping within a 72 hour timeframe after receiving the product.
